WebGigas aren’t a very common spawn on the island and you just need to keep killing dinos or doing the destroywilddinos command. Sometimes it takes a while for dinos to spawn with that command, so maybe check other giga locations if you use the command where gigas spawn. My base is at a flat spot by the volcano.
