WebMy husband had bells palsy. Your eye may not stay closed under a patch with may result in the patch actually rubbing on your eye. You can use tape or nasal stripe to hold your eye lid close. Make sure to have the points of adhesion well above and below your actual eye. WebI just close my eyes and put the tape horizontally across. The tape is nice and doesn't irritate my skin at all. Also, I've tried goggles and they don't help. I can't stand sleeping in them and even though I wake up with moisture collected inside, my eyes still feel dry. Please, if you have any suggestions.
