Im running gzclp from the spreadsheet. Day 1 Squat Deadlift Rows. Day2 Bench OHP Lat pulldown. Day3 Deadlift Squat Rows. Day4 OHP Bench Lat pulldown. I want to add leg curls, leg extension, front dumbell raises, and cable crossovers. Im wondering if there is a specific day you should add them?

WebWondering what T3s to add and how many of them to add per day. I started lifting 1.5 months ago and have decided to switch to this program since I was doing a PPL which had way too much volume and I also like the idea of working out 4 days a week and having shorter workouts than doing 6 days a week. This is the program I'm going with and was ... nutrition can of black beans

WebHeavy rows are great, but they don't make a good T1 on their own. I'd program them with T1 reps, but only alongside deadlifts. In my experience, heavy cheat rows have carry over to your deadlift, but if you're just approaching this from a body building perspective, then T2 sets/reps and especially T3 reps/sets are far better. WebEither pull-ups or if you can not do enough pull-ups then you can do assisted pull ups by holding on to the barbell and placing your feet on the bench so that your body is in a vague L shape. I second this. If you don't have a pull-up bar, I got creative early in the break and did them hanging on my front door. WebSuperset the squats with a set of 20 pullovers. These (and whatever came after the squats) felt like a piece of cake, and actually enjoyable. The full workout contains other exercises like bench, deadlift, rows, curls, etc. There’s also an abbreviated version that’s just bench, squats and rows. nutrition calorie counter free
