This does nothing about the pointer mis-positioning problem though. This happens even if I change the game resolution. Whether at 1680x1050 or down to 800x600 the menus load within a different sized area.
WebThat looks like the ini edits are missing. Now go to the 'INI Edits' tab at the top of Wrye Bash. Select Oblivion.ini from the drop down menu in the top-right of the client if it's not already selected. Go to the leftmost pane and find the entries starting with 'DarN'. Right click on any that are not green and checkmarked, and select 'Apply'.
