You either get abysmal mono handsfree with Mic or stereo sound without mic. WebBluetooth protocol does not have bandwidth to support playing stereo audio from games and voice chat. There are wireless headsets that allow that but they are not Bluetooth and have their own dongles. This isn’t unique to Nintendo switch or a particular platform, it’s anything that strictly uses Bluetooth.
